My first day at Schauer was great I was amazed at how friendly everyone was. It was a culture shock from the other agencies I had worked.
Everyday is pretty good to be honest. I really enjoy our team building excursions.
I like landing new accounts. I like the excitement that goes into the marketing and haggling with the Underwriter to get the price to where you need it.
Probably to my high school days to tell myself to grow up and perhaps try to give myself more self esteem. However, I do believe everything happens as it is supposed to.
