As a member of the Business Insurance service department, I work alongside my clients, our advisors and insurance company partners throughout the policy renewal process; handle claims reporting; review and analyze policy coverages; and respond promptly to daily inquiries. In addition to my client-facing responsibilities as a senior client manager, I am the team lead for the Business Insurance service department. I interview potential candidates, assist with onboarding and training, and oversee the growth and development of our amazing department.
I continuously feel inspired and empowered to succeed. From opportunities to further my industry education and obtain designations, to being relied upon as an integral part of my team, and trusted by my colleagues and clients alike, I feel joyful in my role!
What first comes to mind are the people I have the opportunity to spend time with and learn from each day. Not only have I developed lifelong relationships with my colleagues and clients, but I am fortunate to be a part of a well-respected organization, working alongside businesses for the betterment of our community.
Most of the year, you’ll find me in my garden (happily) working away, but I also love cooking and spending time with my family, including my two mini dachshunds!
