Twenty under 40! recognizes outstanding Stark County young professionals for their leadership and commitment to the community. Each year, winners are selected based on their demonstrated community involvement, personal achievements and career success. The award is given in partnership by ystark!, the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce and The Canton Repository.
Adam joined Schauer Group in 2011 and now leads the firm’s business insurance client service division. In his role, Adam is responsible for overseeing a team of client managers; analyzing departmental productivity; building and implementing training plans; serving as a liaison between the sales and service functions of the company; interviewing prospective associates; and providing best-in-class service to his clients.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Music degree from the Manhattan School of Music. He also has obtained both his Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Insurance Counselor designations, which help insurance industry professionals deepen their expertise and deliver excellent client service. He is a graduate of the 37th class of the Leadership Stark County Signature Program and the Spotlight for Young Professionals Program.
In the Stark County community, Adam is a current board member for the Bluecoats and is a past ArtsinStark board member. Outside of Stark County, Adam sits on the board of the Akron Symphony Orchestra, where he is a member of the artistic advisory committee and helps select the symphony’s programming.
