Achieving the ARM designation requires the successful completion of three tested courses that are focused on developing the skills needed to strategically assess and mitigate risk. The ARM courses also count toward completion of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriting designation – the premier credential in the risk management industry.

Morber joined Schauer Group in 2024 and is based out of the firm’s Cleveland office. In his role, he is responsible for working with commercial insurance clients to understand their risk profiles and designing customized risk management and insurance programs.
Morber graduated from Malone University with a degree in finance and business administration. In the Cleveland community, Morber is a member of the United Way of Greater Cleveland’s Emerging Leaders Cabinet and the 2026 Cleveland Leadership Center OnBoard Cleveland cohort.
