Matt is a Client Advisor, Risk Management in our Business Insurance unit. In his role, he helps clients develop risk management objectives and strategies to reduce uncertainty and mitigate risk. Matt began his insurance career at Great American Insurance Group in Cincinnati, Ohio, and then joined Schauer Group in 2017.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in 2010, majoring in marketing. In 2020, Matt obtained his designation as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
He currently serves as secretary of the board of directors for The First Tee of Canton. In addition, Matt serves on the board of directors for Leadership Stark County and is proud to have graduated in the 32nd class.
Matt resides in North Canton with his wife and daughter.
