Melinda joined Schauer Group in 2014. As Director, Quality Assurance & Compliance, Melinda leads our operations and employee benefits service teams, serves as our ISO 9001 Quality Management Representative, maintains our agency license and compliance requirements, and handles many other responsibilities in the firm.
Melinda earned her bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies at Bethany Global University, where she later served as Team Leader/Coordinator in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Melinda is actively involved with her church, where she volunteers in a number of roles. Melinda and her husband Joe live in Canton South with their pitbull Roy.
