Awarded by The Institutes, the CPCU designation reflects advanced knowledge of property and casualty insurance, risk management, underwriting, finance and insurance law. Daniel completed the rigorous program in less than two years – an accomplishment that underscores his dedication to professional development and client service.

In his role as a client executive in Schauer Group’s Cleveland office, Daniel designs customized commercial insurance programs and serves as a trusted day-to-day resource for clients. He also has taken an active role in mentoring and training newer associates, helping strengthen the firm’s technical expertise across its team.
Daniel graduated from Malone University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and business administration. In addition to earning his CPCU, he also holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. In the Cleveland community, Daniel is a graduate of both the Cleveland Leadership Center’s OnBoard Cleveland young professionals program and the Civic Leadership Institute, and he serves as a member of the Emerging Leaders Cabinet for the United Way of Greater Cleveland.
