As a client manager in Schauer Group’s Cleveland office, EC supports clients throughout the insurance process – handling policy renewals and processing, billing, policy changes, underwriting requirements, certificates, and day-to-day service requests.
EC earned a bachelor’s degree in bioethics from Cleveland State University and joined Schauer Group in 2023, after spending several years working in both the insurance and hospitality industries.
