Developed by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and administered by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the CEBS curriculum provides in-depth knowledge of employee benefits, including benefit plan structures, strategies for managing benefits, health care regulations, prescription drugs, wellness and retirement plan fundamentals.

Natalie began her career at Schauer Group in 2021 as an intern and joined the team full-time after graduating from Kent State University at Stark. In her role as an Employee Benefits client manager, she works closely with clients on claims advocacy and resolution, compliance assessments, benefits marketing, and service requests.
